What is the process of Mentoring

We have made it simple for you. We hold Mentoring Sessions, preferably in person, if not, Online. Each Session is about 45 minutes. We listen to you carefully, we ask questions wherever necessary and we provide our insights into issues, business etc etc. We suggest you certain solutions, ways to do it and we agree on it, agree on milestones, agree on timeline. We insist you document it and share it with us. In next session, we refer to what was agreed, what is done in before next Mentoring Session, what are the challenges and take next step in next sessions.

We don’t know how many sessions you may need. We have clients, we keep in touch with us for several decades. Because their business evolves, challenges and opportunities change. They still need to handle it. We continue this mentoring relationship.

What are the fees

We tried to make it simple and affordable for you. Per Session its Rs 5,000 only.

After the Mentor and Mentee develop good bonding, relationship and understanding, this fees structure can be reviewed.
